I HAVE TO KEEP REPEATING MYSELF AND THEN I HAVE TO ASK THEM TO SPEAK SLOWELY BECAUSE OF THEIR STRONG ACCENT.. NOW I'M NOT PREJUDICE OR ANYTHING BECAUSE WELL I'M MEXICAN AMERICAN... BUT OMG DOES EVERY CUSTOMER SUPPORT I CALL TO HAVE TO END UP IN INDIA ?!?!?! SERIOUSLY WHO ELSE HAS THIS SAME PROBLEM??
NOW I TEND TO THINK THAT I'M PATIENT BUT NOT TODAY .. THEY TRANSFERED ME 4XS TO DIFF PEOPLE AND THE MORE THEY TRANSFERED ME THE STRONG THE ACCENT WAS LOL...
