I have not lifted a weight in a while so iam just getting back. any good info so I start coming back in the wright way. I use gear so that info to so I don't over do it to fast and break a leg sort of speak. ill listen because iam real excited to get back but I don't want to bust nothing. thanks guys/ gals. unclem
