TweetRight now my right elbow is giving me hell, but I'm training around it.
TweetHave had a lot of pains over the year, but right now feeling pretty good except for the damn calf cramps when I run or jump rope...
I have a brother who is 10 years older than me and he is a machine. I ask him if he has any pains anywhere and he says "no, not at all". Damn

Tweetright side neck shoulder.. every time I go heavy I aggravate it and it stays for a while. I went heavy again last week and now am paying the piper. wish I would learn but..
TweetWe just had a crazy week of weather, so I'm sore all over from 10 hours of shoveling snow this past week in addition to not missing any of my workouts.
But as far as non-muscley stuff, my lower back on the lefthand side is slightly tweaked due to a hip imbalance and anytime I squat or do deads, my knees don't line up on their own, so the weight distribution is all off and you can see my shoulders end up in different places, too. I made the mistake of doing deads last week without a belt and am paying for it from re-aggravating that problem.
TweetI went alittle too heavy on shoulders the other day and feel a pinch in my traps and front Delt.really irritating! Just load up on Advil....

TweetI overlaod on handfuls of anti oxidant supplements esp turmeric , ginger and omega 3, etc etc..Like crazy, I sip pomegranate juice all day long ..I have no doubt it has helped keep my inflammation to a minimum. I tore my rotator cuff a few years back and the pain was excruciating. Ortho looked at my mri and said OMG you have to have surgery! I never had the surgery and I dont have any pain there at all now. I had to give it the rest to heal, but it did heal to about 95%. That doctor told me I would never do dips again even with surgery. I do full range dips on that shoulder now, no problem. The power that made the body can heal the body
TweetUhg..left bicep tendon, right elbow, low back, neck, knees. Usually stuff i can deal with but aggravating as hell. Right now the bicep tendon and elbow are doing their best to ruin me, lol.
PAIN DON'T HURT
TweetFor me it's back , especially lower back . I have skilosis for years now because of a lower back injjury years ago. Also , neck pain and stiffness around the deltoids . A chiropractor adjustment and massage helps , only it cost me money out of pocket that I can't afford too much .
TweetAt 52 (almost 53), I suffer from both knees and my right rotator cuff. I've had 4 knee repairs and a rotator cuff repair (left shoulder) and due for a knee replacement soon.
