ok this is guns' fb rant for all those that are interested in competing or are in an athletic type of lifestyle.
please dont post up motivational quotes 99k times a day of monster men and women training. then liking your training and skills to it. you are a moron
please please please dont post up every single meal that you are thinking about or currently eating. if you have to update it on your social media platform then you either 1 have no freaking life whatsoever 2-you are lying about what you are eating 3- see rule number 2 because you are trying to get people to believe you practice what you preach
please dont post up monster selfies of you in various stages of training talking about how freaking diesel you are or how you hit beast mode today etc....... this esp applies to those that are extremely fat, extremely skinny or look pretty much like a normal person.
last one i promise but i have tons: dont talk about how great your monster wheels are and o how you killed them or that no one can hang with you and your dedication. for one wearing tights when your legs are smaller than most people's arms gives you away right up out of the gate. also i and many other people that actually have semi decient legs could destroy you without even using weights at all.
moral of this story. dont be a body builder groupie on your social media account as you try to fake the funk with something you absolutely suck at.
also for the record i dont do social media at all. my wife does our page and i never ever get on there unless she shows me the bs above or something funny or stupid someone else is doing. thanks for reading my rant for today and if you are guilty please stop. a training diet journal isnt for your fb insta gram or tweeter lol
