TweetI know I complain a bit about the new people at the gym around the holidays. In all honesty I think it's great that people set goals and try to improve their lives physically. It also makes me realize how fortunate I am that I enjoy working out and am in fairly good shape. I can't imagine the struggle and grind it must be to dislike working out and doing it only to lose weight or for other various health reasons. I am very grateful I love the gym and all that goes along with it. Not to mention the physical ability to do it.
