TweetMy wife and I sent the kids to their grandparents so we could wrap presents. For me Christmas is not about the gifts, it's about family. Although I try to instill this to my 4, 7, and even my 11 year old, the presents play a big part. We keep things simple a few each kid. When we were done I looked at the tree and I am just really blessed that my wife and I are together, have jobs, and can make this Christmas special for the most important people in my life.

Don't feel bad LT. Part of really getting to know oneself is that one needs to be a bit selfish. For someone like myself who put others before myself, this was a bit hard to grasp but it gets easier as you do it.
