TweetI am grateful for learning how to make my own sweetened condensed milk. Those of you who are not lactose intolerant have no idea how horrible holidays are...I cannot eat ANY of the sweets, pastries, or many of the pies. This year, I made my own sweetened condensed milk with lactose free milk, then make my own pumpkin pie with it. Tasted great, if I do say so myself!
TweetLeftovers a lot of left overs for the weekend
TweetMy family and real friends. You guys are among those too.

TweetToday I'm grateful for all the store sales going on that have my wife getting me up at 0630 to go shopping all day.

I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.
TweetThat at the end of busy day I can go back to my house with the people that love and understand me.
TweetAWESOME and so important. You are lucky, we don't understand each other sometimes but we agree on that then let it go

TweetWaking up at noon today instead of having to work!
TweetHam....the wife baked a ham today.
TweetStaying right sized. I love to work out and go to the gym and sometimes without even realizing it, I have my alpha male face and attitude going. By this I mean I'm not smiling, no eye contact very focused and kind of a FU look and feel. No patience for the person ahead of me at the water fountain or someone I don't see as "worthy" using the machine I want. It just kinda happens when I'm lifting and a bit of a flip gets switched. I was training yesterday and I was into it big time. It hit me when I was at the water fountain and I had my music pumping and there were two people in front of me. I didn't see who they were, all I knew is they were taking too long. The first person took forever and by the time the second one was finished I was thinking "times up, move along!" As I went to get a drink like a raging lunatic, the last person turned from the fountain and I almost went right through her as we took the same path. Hers to exit, mine to approach. As we collided I was ready to just blow my top when I actually looked to see who it was. It was an older woman with Down syndromme I had noticed earlier. She grabbed my arm looked up at me and with a big smile said excuse me. At that moment my huge male ego creeped out through my toes and I took my ear buds out and said it was my fault and apologized for being in such a hurry. Here is this polite woman with more challenges in her life regarding fitness than I could imagine showing me proper gym etiquett and reminding me to stay right sized.
