TweetSleep! i've been having bad insomnia for about the last month before and after my competition. My dumbass finally decided to take some over-the-counter sleeping medication which I usually don't like because it makes me feel like shit. But finally realized I felt like shit anyway so might as well get some rest. Finally got a fairly decent night of sleep! My brain feels so much less cloudy and I feel like I can actually function. Praying that my body gets back on track.
