This day... The growing game is BIG
Being the youngest of 4, and having more freedom to figure it all out.
For low THC / high CBD medical marijuana flower. It quiets the mind and allows for peaceful entry into sleep.
And for the temporary cessation of the downward spiral of bad thoughts it brings.
Daily journaling...For me it is helpful to write stuff out, even if it is a whole bunch of random words. Then going back, and looking where you were at, on a certain day and how you have grown. Or where you were at, and how you are working at getting back there. Or where you are at NOW and just appreciate the lessons of the past days journaling, good, challenging or right in the middle. Write on!!!!!
