I am having a great day hanging out with my girlfriend and she is one amazing woman to help take care of me during my back surgery recovery. I couldn't ask for a better woman to stand by my side she's got a heart of gold.

TweetSeeing our daughter happy again. smiling, singing and loving the game again. Fuzo and I had to pull her off a team that was very toxic to all the girls. My hopes are that this might wake the coach up and those girls can have a good healthy season.

TweetToday I am 2 weeks out of back surgery and starting to feel better as far as the pain goes. I am grateful for all of my FG friends who have helped keep me motivated to stay positive and not give up hope while I am recovering. You all are so inspirational to me. I am slowly working my way back to the gym. It feels great to just pull in the parking lot. Lol. Have a great day everyone. Thanks

Having had neck surgery 8 months ago, I know how you are feeling! Just take is SLOW and the first sign that pain is starting - stop what you are doing. Would suck to undo all that the doctors did for you.
