After a solid 6 months if dieting and trainin, reaching a weight and body type Im not accusted to, which I was freakin proud of...did the unthinkable. Im not a drinker and after oh, 10 years, started with beer. Due to stupud personal shit i my life.

And in a matter of a couple weeks, the gut started ...crap!

I know how to fix, but Im curious if anyone actually drinks beer and stays "fit".
