How many hours do you sleep?
TweetIm bothered when I see research studies that say that anything less than 8 hours is bad. I want to find a study that says 4 hours a night is optimal! I prob get about 6 hours a night. Sometimes 4. I try to sleep in on weekends, and can maybe get 7 ...

TweetYup I'm right around the 6 to 7 hours myself. Even then it's not solid sleep. I always seem to wake up at about three and then have to try to go back to sleep.

TweetI coul not go on 4 hours of sleep. A goo 8 is great for me an that is only if I ont wake up a couple of times. Lack of sleep makes myhealth issues worse. Fuzo coul always go on a little sleep...even in our younger ays

TweetI tend to sleep 5-6hrs but it's broken sleep. Usually wake up at least 2 times to piss and sometimes eat. I long for the days of continuous sleep. Flomax did nothing for me. Was supposed to go back to urologist but gave up.

TweetSince I have trouble sleeping and sometimes my pills don't kick in when I finally sleep I sleep about 14 to 16 hours a day.

Tweeti get in a min of 7-8 hours of interupted sleep and then i nap on occasion as well. 30-45 min power naps are always good

TweetI had sleep issues most of my life. I did good to get 6hrs. My Dr prescribed me the best sleep aid I've ever had. It's called tomazepam. Ask your doc about it.

TweetI've been doing my annual clean out as I smoke weed...hate this. I get one hour-up, sleep for 45 mins-up, then 2-3 hrs tops. Normally (when smoking) 7-8hrs no problem. The mind is a powerful thing and I guess you could say the herb releases the tension and focus. Anyway, Also been training harder to try and sleep + taking benadryl/ib prof PM too. My mind is too active-period. I am very disciplined however, so I'm not going to crumble to just blaze up. I typically stick to a two month clean out and also take cycle support to further any toxins. Wow, that's a lot to type-I need a nap!
