TweetYup I'm right around the 6 to 7 hours myself. Even then it's not solid sleep. I always seem to wake up at about three and then have to try to go back to sleep.

TweetI tend to sleep 5-6hrs but it's broken sleep. Usually wake up at least 2 times to piss and sometimes eat. I long for the days of continuous sleep. Flomax did nothing for me. Was supposed to go back to urologist but gave up.

TweetI've been doing my annual clean out as I smoke weed...hate this. I get one hour-up, sleep for 45 mins-up, then 2-3 hrs tops. Normally (when smoking) 7-8hrs no problem. The mind is a powerful thing and I guess you could say the herb releases the tension and focus. Anyway, Also been training harder to try and sleep + taking benadryl/ib prof PM too. My mind is too active-period. I am very disciplined however, so I'm not going to crumble to just blaze up. I typically stick to a two month clean out and also take cycle support to further any toxins. Wow, that's a lot to type-I need a nap!
