Tweetok guys and gals i am finally ready to get this rolling.. i am moving n next couple weeks and i got a bad ass gym 4 blocks from new location.. so its time to get things in order.. so lets start with mt stats..
age: 33
height: 5'11
weight: 200 lbs
chest: 54 in
waist: 33 in
arms: 16 in
thigh: 23 in
now i havent even lifted a weight in almost 4 years. but in that 4 years i work construction laying blacktop so i was able to stay some what in good shape along with eat fairly good.. when i stoped working out i was right around 230lbs with about 8% bf.. and 4 years ago was my last cycle. which at the time i was bulking. last cycle was this
dbol 50 mg ed weeks 1-4
test e 750 mg ew weeks 1-16
tren a 150 ew weeks 4-16
eq 600 mg ew weeks 1-16
4iu gh ed weeks 1-16
now i dont plan on running any AAS cuz guys around here charge WAY TO MUCH.lol not paying them prices at all.. i am happy with the size i am but time to harden up a lot and put some lean muscle mass on.. areas i need to work on the most are my arms again and def my upper chest.. my back , shoulders and traps and legs have always grew very fast.. so main concern is arms and upper chest..work outs will be like this
Monday: chest and tri's
Tuesday: back and bi's/ cardio
Wednesday : legs/abs
Thursday: shoulders/traps/ cardio
Friday: weak points arms / upper chest
my cardio will switch up from tredmill to bike and even throwing in some MMA training.. MMA will more then likely be done on the weekends due to work schedule... which brings me to next question.. my diet...i wortk nights so its fro 6pm to 6am Mon-Fri.. i get 15 break at 8 and 10 then 30 min at 12 then another 15 min break at 2 and 4.. so this is what i need the most help with.. food i am eat will be this..
meats: chicken, salmon, tuna, beef, turkey, venison
dairy: eggs,cottage cheese, skim milk
nuts and oils: almonds, almond butter,peanut butter, flax seed, olvie oil
grains: brown rice,oatmeal, whole grain bread, whole grain pasta
fruits: bananas, avocado, blueberries, and melons
veggies: asparagus, broccoli, salads,yams, green beans, peppers and onions.
i just need help trying to figure out when im going to be able to eat my meals with my damn work schedule..as far as sups. i am ordering this.
