TweetDefinitely makes you think
TweetIt appears he passed away. I can't find any hard evidence other than clips from boards but it appears he went into cardiac arrest and passed.
When I was young he was always one of my favorites to root for.
TweetOn his FB page he has a rip to Nasser. Seems like more and more of these guys from this first generation of push the limits are really starting to struggle.
Compare that to how healthy lee Haney, frank Zane, etc all are to this day.
TweetYea alot of the 90's era guys seem to have been having trouble. I wonder whats so much different that they did then than before or after?
TweetOh man that sucks. I really liked that guy back in the 90s. He was badass
TweetGod bless him and the loved ones he left behind r.i.p. brother
Tweetfirst rip to one of the guys with some of the freakiest calves ever. the dude was a monster for sure.
animal my opinion of the difference between the generations is the introduction of tons of pain killers and rec drugs oh and also diuretcs also. if you have the pleasure of knowing any pros they will tell you straight up that the parting is off the charts for most of these guys past and present. this on top of our lifestyle that we live is what i would suspect is causing the issues. one of the guys that i know pretty damn good told me straight up that he hates jumk foods and sweets but he houses booze like no ones business. so that in itself leads me to believe that along with the other things he told me is the root of the cause

TweetMan I don't even know how they could do that. They're tougher than me, I can just smell alcohol and I think it gives me a hangover.
Tweetyou and me both man. sad thing is that a lot of these dudes got so bad in the 90s that many of them were main lining bain on a regular basis. quadzilla paul demayo ended up hooked on heroin and i am pretty sure he died of an od. the stuff some of these guys do on top of everything else is just crazy

TweetI agree with guns 100%, it's the combo if recs and roids. So many eat painkillers like they are aspirin and lots were into the party lifestyle. I bet most would agree that half of the names from the 90s had issues with recs.
TweetI remember reading in md way back that when the Olympia was held in New York they had the after party at the legendary Soundfactory and a lot of the pros were going strong at 4am and you couldn't mistake they were banged up on more than alcohol.
TweetWhile I agree with what you say here 100% I will add the doses used by these guys are short of insane. I know a pro who uses more in a month than I do in a year...shoot probably even more than that. Add that to all the other stuff and it's just a crazy death cocktail! I prefer to be healthy. I want to see my children grow. I want to still be able to kick there asses until late in life too!
Tweetyeah man some of the doses are straight up on the insanity side but with that said you could still keep it in check with blood work and such. now taking the doses and adding in all the other stuff. man it is only a matter of time before it kills them. at least the talk among them is it is the recs and diuretics that is causing the organ failure issues. look at the longevity that toney freeman, dexter jackson and the other old guys have had. could it be that they didnt dable in the recs? they are also black dudes too so they have a predisposition to heart and kidney issues. idk maybe a combo of all or one or the other but either way these guys are dying off at a very fast rate. the sad part to me is that their body is their money maker so putting the amounts of aas in to win would be enough risk than adding other stressors to it. that is just me thinking out loud about the health adding to it business wise
