      Sturday is work am then gym then off to lake on the pontoon rest off day with wife and friends fishing and swimming. Sunday church then sofa time just me my but and beer what y'all up too fg sAy it loud and proud

      Going to movies with wife to see Hercules Friday, Saturday is training day, and Sunday is rest/beach day.

      Tonight my sons best friend and his mother are coming over for dinner and the friend is sleeping over. My son is five and this is his first real sleep over. Tuesday is our wedding anniversary so Saturday my mom is watching my son and we are going to take the train to NYC. We are going to madam tueso's wax museum, walking through central park(maybe picnic there) and then later somewhere nice to eat. I also want to get one of those street artists to draw us. Sunday will be house/yard work and playing outside too.

      Work, play with the kiddos, buy a car, clean my house and hopefully get everything together for a moving sale soon, catch up on TV... And of course cooking.

      We have another camp coming in for sparring. sure feels like a real fight to me when i am getting punched in the face over and over. it is really fun.........after.

      then i will come home, shower and nap until 4-5. get up , yard work then reward with sweet beautiful beer.

      beer makes every weekend better,(not so great on my bit of stubborn stomach fat but i am 45 and been with my wife 22 years, if she dont care i dont.)

      sunday is fishing day! we will go out and kayak down the river looking for deep holes with big bass.
