TweetNever heard of that but I dought it's a big deal
TweetHey everyone. ...has anyone ever received a call from WU? I wasn't home when they called but my wife answered and they said they would call back. I haven't made a WU transaction in about 2 months. Any ideas why they might have called?

TweetHm not sure. I got A call from them once but it was Because I messed up the transfer information but if you haven't used it I'm not sure why they would call.
I never meant to be better than anyone, I was just born that way. Its hard being a god amongst peasants!
Tweeti am not saying it is what they are calling for but the do promotions from time to time for people that use them more than a couple times a year. i have gotten cards and calls a very very long time ago. i am talking over 5 years back

TweetYeah. ..I don't think it's anything to worry about and I can't imagine they're questioning past transactions. Just a thought but maybe funds were never picked up from a receiver. I doubt it though. ....and its not like I'd pick it up if that was the case.
TweetI had to contact them once because I had done an Internet transaction and they wanted to verify it was really me because of all the crimes online. Of course I didn't know that was why the transfer didn't go and that that was the reason they wanted me to contact them.
TweetIv'e never had that happen with WU and maybe a good idea to use a different payment method if given that option .
TweetI have never had an issue with transactions in person but three times I tried online through wu website and everytime I had to get a refund and then did exact same transaction in person. That's how you know it's just an over zealous "cyber crimes" department at wu.
