Here what I'm working with right now guns

Calories: 2,675
Protein: 357.50g
Sugar: about 30g
Carbs: about 200g
Sodium: 2,514mg
Fat: 25g
That's not including any sauces or anything I use. I mainly use katchup and spicey mustard as its low in fat/sugar compared to BBQ suace or others like that.
Every 2 days I drop my carbs
2 days: 200g carbs
2 days: 100-150g carbs
2 days: 50-75g carbs
2 days: 0g carbs
Start over
Zero carb days Intake coconut oil to add good fats.
Cardio everyday as well.
Goal is is to come down to about 200lbs-205lbs. I don't care about losing muscle just don't want to lose strength. I need to be a lean mean fighting machine.
I will say today wasn't as bad as the past few days as far as cravings.
5 meals + 2 protein shakes. Post workout and pro bed casein.
Turkey and fish isn't so hard for me. I love veggies and steamed they are very mouth watering. Chicken is the worst. For me but I can Bairky afford to eat like this so I can't afford fish/turkey but once on a blue moon.
Hahah nips that's exactly what I do. I mix my chicken with rice and veggies all in one bowl. I add some sort of suace usually mustard or matchup. Not so much for flavor more for getting it down. I eat as fast as I can and put as much in my mouth as I can and every few bites drink some water and swallow it. Lol
I keep a jar of okra pickles in the fridge. I eat those things like crazy. They fill me up and keep me from eating crap lol
I could probably eat a whole jar though. haha I will just have to man up. I have been doing more cardio the past few days and that seems to be making it easier to eat just because im so hungry.
Camp = lost cause not.willpower, now switched to nightshift and haven't made the gym yet arg... Need a new lifestyle...
