TweetWish I could help but my meds don't let me wake up till noon lol. Obviously I'm one of the worse person to give advice to being a morning person lol.
Tweetto an early morning schedule. Which mean becoming a morning person. Which I am getting better at, but I only have to wake up at 5 am two days a week. Im thinking of changing it to 4 days a week of 5 am wake up call... By doing the work early, it will give me 2 full afternoons of free TIME...What time do you early birds go to sleep? I am usually up till midnight, even when I have to get up at 5. Im a nightowl. I would rather hit the hay at 10, I think. Damn, it changes your life a bit, but I think its better in the long run. Up at the crack of dawn every damn day is probably best. even though it sucks at first
How do you advise someone to become a morning person? I think its easy-get your ass in bed lol

TweetBrother I used to be a terrible morning person, now I pretty much Am ways an early to fairly early morning person. Even if I don't hit the gym till later in the morning I'm still waking up early because my routine is to eat a big breakfast, let my food digest, take my pre-workout, then hit the gym. so the process takes about two hours. But the best advice I can give you brother is just keep practicing. It'll suck at first to try to go to sleep early and wake up early but after a while you'll be more than happy to hit the bed at nine or 10 PM. I love doing my workouts first thing in the morning. Wake up, eat, take my supplements and injections, take my pre-workout feel the rush come on on the way to the gym
TweetJust wake up early as many days in a row as you can. After a few days you will be tired enough to go to sleep early. we go to sleep about 9 in summer and try to by 7 in winter because we work a lot in the winter most days 12 to 14 hours working. It is a little harder to gt you're eating and supplement schedule worked in because you wont feel hungry early if you aren't used to it. You'll get it and you can always chat til you get tired.

TweetI'm a morning guy it's all about routine I wake up jump out of bed take a quick cool shower get online fg drink my energy drink then take pre workout supps and go to the gym same ed if I stray a little it messes me up
TweetThis is easy! All you have to do is have kids! Trust me a screaming baby will make sure you're up early! Hahahaha! Honestly Trixie is right... Get up early as many days in a row as you can and you will be begging for an early night!
There is no hunting like the hunting of man, and those who have hunted armed men long enough and liked it, never care for anything else thereafter.
TweetWell thank you, MM. I had to condition my children for the school year every year and one week ahead we woke them up at the crack of dawn every day and like magic they went to bed on time.
So Dzone, moral of the story is HAVE KIDS. LOL Didn't look like you got to sleep all that early last night, you were just signing on when I was spent. hope our schedules sync up sometime soon.

TweetYes indeed Trixie...thanks for the advice. I think youre right about doing it several days in a row.. I tend to be a nightowl and on weekends I often stay up all night LOL...maybe thats a remnant from my party days LOL
TweetI used to get up at 5am and go to the gym I loved it but towards the end of the week I couldn't get up bc I would go to sleep on my old routine. I can tell you I felt great after my morning workout had a lot of engery when I left the gym and went to work. I just needed to go to bed early but instead I would go to sleep at 11pm or so so it killed me..
I would do it again but the wife works out with me and she is not a morning person at all..
