TweetWheat and Gluten are in sooooooooooooo many foods. People that have gluten intolerance really have to do their homework and keep a kitchen free of any gluten products. I think we all would do well on gluten free diets. However, unless gluten is life threatening for you I dont think many us us can do it.
I have a friend that was dying a slow death years ago. The docs finally figured this out. She is also in the medical field. Lifestyle change and she is completly healed and living a better lifestyle now.
