TweetNo doubt
TweetAnybody that trains, diets and lives healthy know these people. The people that always ask for help getting "motivated" to go work out. They wish for it, comment on it, take pictures of themselves in workout attire ...but then fail followed by pictures of bad diet choices and repeat asking for people to train. Insecurities illuminated by social media. My fix to this? Don't get pulled into those posts and train
TweetAnother one is my actual fit friends that have to check in every single time they are at the gym! WTF just do it jeez!
Tweeti am going to one up you. how about the jackasses that post up how great they eat and how hard they work out day in and day out when you actually now for a fact that they arent doing it at all. dont fake the funk cause it makes you look stupid. just because you are half way in shape dont kick out the false image for your fat buddies to idolize you. that really really pisses me off to no end.
did my 2 hours of cardio at .2 mph walking backwards on the treadmill then all i ate was salad and tuna. oh yeah you forgot to add i saw you in the doughnut shop this am when i was getting coffee and you were scarfing doughnuts (not coffee) then i saw you at the ice cream shop that evening while i was going into the supp store. yep that's some hard core dedication right there
