Tweetwhat's REALLY sad is I always ate sushi like it was NOT a cheat meal hahaha...so i must modify mine to include sushi as well, anything deep fried
TweetMe too. I was shocked to find out just how many cals were in a roll...and I was used to downing like 4-5 rolls per meal..haha.
My cheat, besides sushi, are peanut butter milkshakes. Real thick.

TweetRealistically and truthfully, I have two a week. Fried chicken, pizza, mcD's. the positive effort I take withe is take off most of the chicken skin -chew on piece for flavor. Pizza- only eat two pieces, fill up on sides of celery. McD's only eat about 1/4 of the fries, lose one side of the bun for burger. I will probably never compete BB wise. But I don't want to be weaker than the knowledge shared and learned on this board! Balanced life works

TweetAll I know is mc ribs are so good. I have banned all fast food so that when the mcrib comes out I can eat it often with only moderatre guilt.
