Tweet why do they have you on a antipsychotic medication at high dose for sleep that's not ethical diva but iam no DR. you certainly don't need that drug it can cause diabetes, high lipids , a lot of bad things. ask for a benzo or ambien or halcion, restoril, dalmane. halcion will knock almost anyone out. they call it the hip fx as people have broken there hip in bed by falling to floor but it sure will knock u on your ass. they took the more potent one off the market as it was 10 times stronger then Xanax and if u take one be in the bed don't walk around as this is the most potent benzo there is even over Xanax.

TweetI have bouts of it. I think today our lifestyles are to blame in a big way. I agree with irish also, theres deffenatly a physical mental connection . my worst bouts are when I am worring or upset about things and think im not upset about things. when I make piece with myself internally I am able to sleep like a newborn. to much to fast is a bad thing for our bodys. slow down take time for yourself to do nothing and relax really makes a difference for me at times.. atleast when I actually get the chance to do it..
