TweetThen I think you need to stop it. My parents both have shaky hands but my Moms are real bad. Runs in my family too
TweetI get it with ECA or a 6 shots of espresso iced Americano. I will be talking to someone, showing them a paper, and notice my hand shaking LOL...once in a while people mention it, I just say "Its from the coffee" LOL
Am a little concerned because there is a genetic thing in my family for those hand tremors, my grandpa had it, but if thats so, carry on and ignore it...but right now seems to be more with eca

TweetWell, either drinking or caffeine will do that to you..also, genetic predispositions will do that as well, as you stated already...i get the shakes from too much Jack3d or other preworkout supplements...I started to cut out caffeine just in case...
ECA stack does it for sure as well!
Tweetif you are over 30 I dont think you should do eca....and yes i know we all do it. I take things just as bad and i will be 45 2 months

TweetMost of the time, I dont have shakes, but too much caffeine definitely makes my hands shake
Tweetyup I get the shake and sweat bad on eca. I tried to shink the dose and spread it out a bit with food .wouldn't dare do it on an empty stomach
TweetNo ECA if over 30? Im 45+ and still use it. In moderation of course
TweetMy uncle hands shake. Come to find out he was a carrier for Turrets, and now his son has full blown turrets. Only other thing I know of medically to cause that is Parkinson's. Not trying to scare you. simple blood test I think will rule both out. I'm sure the 6 shot espresso, and ECA stack doesn't help... lol..ONLY LIVE ONCE!!!

TweetNo shakes here either. If I consume too much caffeine I'll get somewhat jittery and anxious, but not shaky.
Tweeti shake violently before sparring a good opponent. then i get in there and it just stops. maybe the dude knocks the shakes out of me because unfortunately i am not very good. or maybe i just don;t notice i am shaking anymore due to the blows i receive
