TweetI would also go with the german shepard. I have on and it's the smartest most loyal dog I've ever owned. I never knew how dumb all of my other dogs were until I got the shepard. And all the stories you hear about them turning on peoples kids and neighbors are mostly bs. You can make any dog mean. If you don't treat them right or beat them they will be mean, so if your going to do that you might want to opt for a cat as nobody cares if you have a mean *****. And as far as the intimidating looks, I found the perfect cure for that too. If you look around you will find a longer haired pup. there are not rare by any means, but it will keep the dog from entering the show ring. Which means less denero. And they just look nice. People aren't scared because it looks more like lassie than the big dog chewing on the perp on last night episode of cops. Just my opinion I like labs too. But a shepard will be the most loyal companion you will ever find.
What we need is more people who specialize in the impossible
