I pointed and laughed and told him and his partner they both better lay in the bench if they want to move that weight. He rolled his eyes like a chick. Laid down unracked the weight and brought it down no bullshit 3 to 4 inches twice and reracked it. My legs partner was there by now. He iimmediately starts in on the guy. He points laughs and tells the guy something along the lines of give up you are a ***** and should be fired. So his partner slaps on ten more pounds on each side and reps out two using the same form. Now my partners is on a full ride to Wichita state wrestler 6'0" 230lbs I'm about the same minus being a badass wrestler. He goes over and unracks everything off their bar but a 45 on each side. He told them practice doing it right with that. They walked out. The general manager asked me if there was a problem between me and a personal trainer. I told him that I took care of it and that was that. I can't stand a personal trainer that is a complete peice of shit skronny puuuusayyy that ****s his clients out of money.
