TweetI heard an advertisment on the radio for some product that supposedly blows away every other whitening technique and you only have to do it for a little while.

Ive done the bleeching method where they put this gel on your teeth and then pry your mouth open and put that ultrasviolet light on them for about 20 minutes...I think it cost about $100 or so. It worked. That was 3 years ago. I am probably due for some more.

TweetA friend of mine is a dentist and recommended Crest White Strips for me. I asked him how much he would charge me to do the teeth whitening treatment he uses on patients and he told me to not waste my money because the stuff dentists use has the same ingredient that the Crest strips use. That was about 10 years ago so I don't know if there are better treatments now, but for the money I feel the Crest ones work great. I don't care about whitening my molars since they aren't seen when I smile. I just where the strips for two weeks day and night and then I'm good for about 6 months or so. If you just where the top ones and not the bottom for about a week you can really see how big of a difference they make. I get compliments all the time after wearing them. I'm a couple years overdue now though. Time to buy more I guess.

I just started up on the baking soda again, might have to throw in the rinse with peroxide as well.
