I'm sure he can date way below his age bracket with out difficulty. To each his own. I bet i'm closer to his age then many of you. I dont see any reason to stop training and setting goals as I head toward 60. Shit I have told my wife plan on seeing me on stage even at that age. She says "great i'll be using the aluminum walker thing by then"

I know he is short but we all will be lucky to maintain his amount of lean mass in our 60s.

dont get me wrong...i'll die on a hammer strength machine. but when I do, my jaw bone wont look weird because i used growth hormones at such an advanced age.


its no secret the guy, and for that matter, most other top name celebrities, male AND female, are extensive hgh users. its big business in LA. The tell tale signs are the skin texture for someone that age. hgh does wonders for the skin...almost a fountain of youth effect, and the older you are, the more pronounced the effect. which is one of the big draws for the older female actresses.

but in the last 15 years, i have seen this mans face actually deform from what it was and how it should have normally progressed with age, to what it is today. most notably, his jaw.

sure, kick it until you DIE...but there are ways to do it, and then there are ways that simply defy reasonable.

i think it was about the time stallone made 'get carter' that he got heavy into hgh, and that was some time ago. but the pay off is, the guy has ALWAYS looked great. I remember thinking how good he looked when he and sugar ray did 'the contender' reality show.

but anytime you want some interesting reading material, research what happens when growth hormones actually put your body back into 'grow' mode. Its not just muscle and skin, its cartlidge, bone...the whole shooting match.

don't really know if i want all that happening in my later years. i'll stick with muscle mass increases and be happy with that.
