Re: does anyone suffer from any mental illnesses of anykind?
I have anxiety that is triggered by crowds of people or being in social settings where I want to flee. I have had panic attacks in the past but my wife has helped me overcome these to some extent. I am severely anti-social in real life and would be happy never to be around people except family. I have mild OCD where things have to be the same or I tend to shut down.

I take lexapro for depression/anxiety. And I was also taking Wellbutrin but quit it during my first pct as it and clomid compete for the receptor pathways. Just never started back. I think I could have OCD also because I am only interested in one thing at a time. Like right now only my diet and exceed use is all I think about. I can't really focus on more than one thing at a time. Not sure if that would be classified as OCD or not. And I've began hating social settings. I dread being around people

Have you heard of Agoraphobia? My Mom was diagnosed with that in her 40s

Did you know that many of these mental issues are triggered by things in our diets and the constion of the gut bacteria? Also some people with vitamn or mineral deficiencies have these conditions as well.
I have suffered from PTSD for many years and also anxiety too. I finally agreed to try a low dose of Sertraline(generic zoloft) and it has done wonders for my issues and I can't beleve the calmness I feel.

Yeah my Mom would only go to places she was used to and would go nowhere without one of us if she had to go somewhere else. Now if she is feeling lke staying in all of the time, she tries to force herself to go out

I have something like this. I always sit in the back of buses or rooms or stand in a corner not becuase im a **** off but becuase i dont like people behind me. i refuse to walk up or down stairs if someone is behind me. I dont like being at parties unless im very close to everyone there i dfont like people i dont like being around then and i hate large crowded areas. man thats so weird ive never payed attention to that before until you just said that i though that was normal.
Re: does anyone suffer from any mental illnesses of anykind?
I suffer from severe depression, bipolar, anxiety, panic attacks. I take a cocktail of medications that help me "cope" . I can't be around alot of people and when I do go out to buy groceries or some where there's alot of people I have to take certain meds again so that I don't get a panic attack. My sister forces me to be "social" which sometimes back fires on her. I don't intend to be mean but once I've had enough of people or talking to them I put my ipod on but sometimes I forget to tell people to stop talking to me because without even knowing it they are still talking and I put my ipod on. I just don't notice I do that lol.
