Tweetarnolds encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding.. i think thats the name of it...
TweetWe've (probably) all read or heard about Arnold's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding. I've read this and still love it years later. I'm looking for a great, non biased book for all around training (diet, supplementation, anabolics, workout plans, etc.) to add to Arnold's info. So many sources are biased (anti anabolic for example, or promoting a new fad) or written by people trying to sell supplements or other products (think any bodybuilding magazine). Could you all chime in on your favorite book? Thanks!
