      i sleep pretty good most of the time but i move a lot and toss and turn, about 2 nights ago i rolled over and slammed my elbow right into my girls forehead it woke both of us up i felt so bad lol. idk how she didnt wake up with a bump.
      I never meant to be better than anyone, I was just born that way. Its hard being a god amongst peasants!

      Ive had sleeping problems for years.I toss and turn all night.But I only sleep about 4 hours a night

      Cant sleep most of the time....i go on 3-4 days with 1-2 hrs a night then maybe 4..yhis will happen for 2 to 3 weeks then i will crash for 6 or 7 hrs...then it starts all over again. Was in a bad accident loooong time ago and it messed up my melon..

Gear stokes your system, keeps you up, that's the bottom line. Now if you have health insurance, you couldgo get tested for sleep apena. If you have it, the doctor will set you up on a c-pap machine. which allows you to get more air into your lungs and oer time will increase your sleep. Maybe not in total time but in deeper sleep. It does take some getting use to. But it is well worth the health benifits. Or we could stop taking suppliments. NAH THATS NO FUN. ( Disclaimer: Remember these are things that I make up for fun.)
