Zeus is just about back at 100% however still needs to be monitored. He's yet to be techincally released from the hospital however we now only need to bring him back once a month as opposed to twice. He will remain on meds for the rest of his life and they don't seem to bother him very much. The family has really been spoiling him and it shows as he gained about 10lbs from his pre-illness weight, up to about 85lbs. I truly beleive he knows that he was very ill and that we did everything possible to help him get better. I say this because he has become much more affectionate towards me and my wife and, when he looks you in the eye, you can see and feel his gratitude. May sound a little crazy but I feel it.
