Not the same.They drew these things from technolgies that they had on hand.Not out of nothing.They created these things after yrs of research.Much different than imagining something out of nothing.No research,nothing to go by.

I think maybe you misunderstand the technologies of the ancient world. These people did build the pyramids, and other ancient buildings that would be hard to create today.
