      I competed in a small local benchpress comp sat and set a new PR for myself! @227lbs I hit 420lb bench. I am very excited about the lift and wanted to share it with my 2nd family! the heaviest bench PR for me is 435 two years ago but I weighed 255 at the time. I have steeped up my mma training and conditioning the past couple of years and was affraid that with the weight loss I would have lost a lot of strength too,but much to my srprise I haven't lost much and that was very exciting for me!!
