i've always wanted to weigh 275 plus at like 10% bf but the last few yrs i decided at my height (5'8) that 225 at 8-10% bf would still make me appear pretty damn big. besides i just get tired of eating how i would have to eat to weigh that. currently i'm around 223-227 and would say my bf% is getting down close to 10%. after i hit my goal i'll decide if i'm gonna just maintain or work my way up to 240 lol. you know how it is guys.... we're never satisfied
