Tweeti've always wanted to weigh 275 plus at like 10% bf but the last few yrs i decided at my height (5'8) that 225 at 8-10% bf would still make me appear pretty damn big. besides i just get tired of eating how i would have to eat to weigh that. currently i'm around 223-227 and would say my bf% is getting down close to 10%. after i hit my goal i'll decide if i'm gonna just maintain or work my way up to 240 lol. you know how it is guys.... we're never satisfied

Tweetmy ultimate goal is to be 260lbs at 13%.... right now im at 258lbs and idk the body fat right now.. im cutting down to about 245 and have it checked again

TweetI'm 290 at 15-16% right now, goal is 250 at 12%. Been 330 at sub 20%, it is no fun being that big at 5'11".

TweetI have been at my ideal goal for a long time. At a hair under 5'10" I rest at 220-225 year round. My recent bulker took me up to 235, mostly water and happy to be back at my fighting weight! Bodyfat is prob right at 10%...if I could commit to cardio better I'd easily be around 8%...I like having my clothes off therefore need to look good year round lol!

Tweetdream weight. im not sure. i feel like every few months i want to be bigger id say somewhere around 260 would be a dream weight. my goal is to be mid 230 and 10% or less bf. i havnt never eaten right untill about 2 months ago and have not even been in the gym in about 6 months if not more i rly let myself go. but now im back at it sitting at about 220 bf unknown but much higher then id like
