Tweetyo buddy.... I made some mofongo this weekend and thought I would put a spin on it.I made some traditional and it was good, then I took the rest and added a 5 cheese blend mozzarella, provolone, romano asiago and parmesan and then add a little cream, made sure it was all hot and hit it a few times in the ninja and it was good stuff. did not do the facts on it cause im sure it was high in fat, but is was dam good!
