      I got the Flu shot around october. My doc doesn't even ask me if I want it lol. But even tho I got the shot I still wear a mask if I go out . Gotta be safe then sorry later.

      unfortunately the shot only covers you from one strain of the virus and their are a few of them floating around

      Well, we gotta keep our own immune systems as strong as we possibly can. Find things to be thankful for and laugh as often as possible. Fights off the crap thats out there. Keep workin out. Eating good. Supplements. I cant believe some idiot MD wrote an article in the newspaper saying that supplements of any kind are a complete waste of money. This is a practicing medical doctor. Under the control of the big pharma. This guy is endangering peoples lives by putting this crap out there. God help us

      I heard to never use toilet paper because its a way to get a microchip into your anus so they can make everyone sterile.

      It actually covers 3-4 and they try to get one from each type of flu virus.

      Here's some history of what the flu can do. 20-40 million people died in 1918 from the flu.

      1968–69 – Hong Kong Flu, 3/4 to 1 million died of H3N2
      2009 - Swine Flu, caused by H1N1/09, 14,286 died

      I don't get the vaccine because I'm not vulnerable, but when I worked in cardiac rehab I did to protect my patients who were primarily elderly.
