      wasnt that bad last year until i started getting ready for a show and then it boomed. hoping it doesnt do the same again this year but i know better. everytime i get ready to compete everyone else gets on a healthy i want to get into shape kick

      Our locations hosts over 1300 members during each day. We are huge.

      I remember last year the first 3 weeks of January were steady with the regulars and some new people...but it was from the last week of Janurary and all feb that we were swamped with people!!! It was incredible!!

      And for Gods sakes the treadmil can only hold 350lbs or less!!! If you weight 400lbs YOU SHOULD NOT BE AT A GYM but with specialists to work on your nutrition!!!
