TweetMine is to not make resolutions. It always seems that I never get them accomplished and then I'm pissed about it. I also feel like I get these things done when I don't make the resolution.

There is an old saying that without a plan you plan to fail. It's quit simple. In network marketing for example, all successful interprenours or businesspeople, did not get to the top by chance, they got there by planning every step.

In bodybuilding: WE don't gain muscle and compete to win shows, by not planning our journey---meals, diet, workouts, training phases.....you get the hint.

I am money driven, and nothing satisfies me more than to see my interprise grow in all aspects.

This year I have many objectives, but some of the mains ones are:

-lift smart
-eat right
-be patient
-BE SMART
-Continue to reach others thru training, and help them not have knee pain, or lower back pain.....
-I am going back into the juice world after being off for almost 1 full year after my break up...I am gonna **** that gym up, and I am going to get bigger!!!
