Tweeti i am sorry to hear that you are going through this. don't beat yourself up about the past, you can't chamge it but you can change the present. have you ever tried an antidepressant?
Tweetnot sure whether its the gear, the hormones, or just the fact that i'm almost 40 now and am reflecting on life quite a bit lately and realizing my timeline to accomplish anything more than taking up space is running really short...I cry often lately, whether happy or sad...I'm not sure I know the difference anymore...

TweetSeasonal affective disorder? My sister works at he hospital as an RN. She said the attempted suicides and drug overdoses are through the roof already this year.
They always see a spike this time of the year because people are self medicating through their seasonal depression. This year appears to be extremely tough.
Tweetya, i've have several binges and other self medicating vices over the last half year myself and was great til i sobered up and only felt worse afterward...i'm not gonna say it will never happen again, but i know that the up and downs from those episodes haven't helped
TweetI strongly believe i haveSAD in the fall/winter months as well..I always get down this time of year
Tweethey bro don't this to yourself, it is not healthy to you or anybody who ever tried to.
Don't look at your past as failure, but learn from it!!! If you continue to make the same mistakes...carry on with the same life style, and NEVER learn from it, then this is honestly your fault.
But I promise you that, if you are truthfully moving on forward and or trying to, from the heart, I promise you that things will change!!
I know you have heard or read this before, but tough times don't last, TOUGH PEOPLE DO LAST.
Damaged people arent affraid to take life on head on!!! You know why bro?? because WE KNOW THAT IN ORDER TO SUCCEED, we WILL FAIL 1000 times, but if you can manage to get up 1001 times, then that's where success lies.
I have had a super great life, full of **** ups, and even with a University degree TWO TIMES, I still did not know where i was going until 3 years ago!!!
It was 3 years ago, when It finally hit me in the head, and I decided to make things happen!! Now I look back, and I respect my past, but it got ME to where I am today.---had I kept my life in the same path, i would be nowhere today!!!!
i am surrounded by abundance, I am surrounded by a life that i had wanted....but back in my 20s I was not ready to embrace it....now at 37 I have acquired things through hard work. I own the land that I walk on daily. I am proud!
Break things down, and put the pieces ONE by ONE together again!!! Don't look at TOO MANY things at once, don't try to solve the puzzle in one day. It will take you time and consistency.
LOTS OF RESPECT and love sent your way!!!

A river cuts through rock, NOT because of its strength, but because of its consistency...so let's f----ing do this bros!!!

Tweeti'm afraid i'm going to be the 80 year old man who finally finds love and happiness in life and then i suddenly die a couple weeks later and never get to absorb it all and enjoy it
TweetWell there you go, that is most definitely the culprit. All those feel good hormones that that creates, have come crashing down in between your binging. Only you can decide when you have had enough and you CAN do it if you put your mind to it. Just take it day by day abnd as much as you may want to hang with the "fun" crow, you can't. You will realize that they were not so fun. We are here for you so don't forget that

TweetLooking so far ahead can be very overwhelming for you now. Focus on today! The struggles we face in life only promotes growth within us. Have you been going to the gym to train?
Veritas Vos Liberabit
Tweetthat's a huge part of it...i'm always disappointing myself by looking too far ahead and thinking i'm running out of time...i really need to learn to appreciate the short term and daily achievements and build on them instead of struggling looking to the finish line all the time...maybe the reality is that what i want for the finish line, isn't what's meant for me and somewhere between now and finish is where my happiness becomes reality...geez, i'm smart when i want to be lol...
Tweetand yes i've been training...i did take last week off though...and have to buy another pair of gym shoes since i left mine at marlene's house by accident lol
TweetYou are smart! In the end, everything works out and all the worrying was for nothing. Believe me, I have been in a state of depression before to and I would NEVER take anything for it. I finally broke down to try something and it has saved my life.

TweetFuzo used to say, " The gym is my church",lol. He never misses a day even if it is just cardio

Tweethell man, you have done more early in life than 99% of people can say they have and you are still advancing yourself. now keep trucking and when that right thing rolls in there you will be complete
