TweetWe called the police....right away. I am sure the cops flooded the area...but I am not sure if anybody followed him.

How in the ****!!! I just keep thinking of why I did not try hard enough.

TweetFood for thought windows never usually break like they show on TV, usually you need to strike a corner or better yet with a sharp small instrument. I carry a spring loaded spike (about one inch or less inside a metal handle about 4" long) that shatters glass instantly...

I used to carry a baseball bat back in my 20s...but in my 30s I no longer needed "insurance" so I took it out.

Today I had 2 motorcycle helmets in my back seat, but when I got to the car, I did not think I would need anything to break a window. Plus there were many guys around the car...a.nd non of us could get into the car.

The suspect run over a guy as he backed up to make his get away.
The guy was fine thank God!!

But this honesly is what I have seen only in movies. incredible!!!!

the knife on the ground, the woman bleeding so much and in shock...and a bunch of guys just standing there, looking at the suspect drive away helpless.

I will keep googling today and this week.
This could have been my mom, or my sister.....I am still in shock!!!

TweetP.S. I gave the window two good hits, but it would not break.
Of course I knew that by taking those shots I would compromise myself...but it was a flight or fight moment and all I saw was him in the car trying to shift the gears.
