TweetI think that would be a great oppurtunity as u can always go back to the design part in the future. and being in the field for awhile could possibly make you better at what you do. As things on paper dont always work out in the field. First hand experience of this could be valueable... not saying you ever drew something up that didnt quite work in the field but for me working in the field i have seen it numerous times..

I say go for it! Don't you think you could always go back to where you are at now? I have not known anyone who hasn't liked being in the fieid instead of in the office. You have to like to drive though and see how many hours in a day are expected of you beyone a regular 8 hour day

TweetYpu really have to think about this and weigh the pros and cons. Go with your gut feeling on this! I would get the complete job offer in writing, as well. People can promise you the wotld but getting it is another thing. Also, has the company been in business for a long time?

Tweet02, you got a good head on your shoulders, i just changed jobs and iam glad i did. i got use of computer alot. i say go for it thats how u move up. lifes a chance brother and u should like they want your brains working for them. do it brother, imo only of course.
