      Back day, absolute last. 3 sets, full range if you want but I prefer rack deads. Always a full stop at the bottom to deload. Belt and straps are recommended. Keep reps in 10-15 range.

      Leave ego out of it, growth is what we want not an injury due to trying to impress someone at the gym who could care less how much you lift. Rack deads from just below the knee are an outstanding exercise for a thick back. Get all the way up, slight arch in the back at the top but don't over exaggerate it. Control the weight up and down, full deload on the pins.

      Thanks brother.
      They are one of my favorite workouts because i can move huge weight, even for reps. I was just worried not doing deads would cause me to decline in that category.

      i like the deads at 10- 15 reps, might give it a go. i always go 6-8 but i think ill change it.
