TweetThanks for all the support guys. It means alot. I was back in the gym yesterday and took it semi-easy. Felt great, just going to take it down a notch this week and give my body a lil bit of a break.

TweetWow...stay away from those energy drinks bro! I know you may not think it was that...but I wouldn't chance it. I'd figure out what risky things you may be ingesting and cut those out immediately. Hope all is well from this point on!
