TweetI had my surgery about 6 weeks ago where I had my long head bicep tendon in my left shoulder re-attached along with a rotator cuff debridement and a cleanup from a slight labrum tear. I went in today not knowing what to expect and Doc cleared me to start low weight, controlled strength training which I can start immediately. The person doing my physical therapy said that she thought it would be the end of August before I could start doing that so it was great news to hear. It will be slow and steady but I should be back in the game in no time...wish me luck:-)
