      Just got this in yesterday and trying out today first day. Doing 4 one week variations. This week I'll be doing it as a nutrient partitioning run, taking it with my mid morning meal. I'll run this this week that way, starting next thursday i'll use it before fasted cardio first thing in the morning, week after that using as a preworkout. instead of using it as an anytime energy boost on the fourth week i am going to go back to fasted cardio addition in the morning, as this is where i think it will provide the best bang for the buck in my cutting regimen, and if it does, it will be added to my arsenal for my spring/summer cutter.       Okay, first dose of 4 caps at 8:30 AM along with my midmorning meal. energy level is great. CNS stimulation and increased t=core temo feels like i'm running clen only a bit more intense. holy hell batman. liking thing so far. documenting weight when i get home.

      took caps with first meal of day. weight is 204.2, bdyfat is at 31.0% (goddam cafeteria food at the hospital the last 3 months killing me.

      no nausea but it def spikes the bp a little after taking it. after cardio i was drying off to go home and head was thumping or a few and i cold tell bp creeped up a bit much more so than ephedra and about equal to clen but no jitters like i get from clen

      another dose before fasted cardio. again the same awesome results and i'm thinking the nutrient partitioning thing is a success as well as even though i am not taking it with biggest meal at this point, the muscles are feeling fuller and fat is being reduced in ab region. sitting on couch last night watching tv and rubbed the ab area as i was stretching and didn't feel the usual smooth i've been having since late summer, felt the ab muscles themselves and gotta say it felt pretty phuqing cool. soon to be ordering a supply of this stuff, primo stuff.

      Only thing Ive noticed and not really negatively is my dumping schedule. I usually have my morning dump midway through first coffee after cardio and after lunch and again at bedtime. Sorry TMI. But last two days shortly after arriving at work approximately20 minutes after my morning duty.... ha I said doodie BigDawg's Dispose Log I have needed to eliminate again. Perhaps the impetus for the product name Dispose. Ridding the body of glucose so not to store as body fat? Not sure but normal shape, feel and look, no diarrhea just an extra dump and definitely tightening up and leaning out without really switching diet. Now.... gonna switch diet to one I used before Cancun and fell short of goals on. With Dipose and that that diet well see what the next 2-1/2 weeks accomplish.

      Pretty much the same thing to report thus far, lots of sweating during fasted cardio, as much as i used to when i was wearing the sauna suit for Mexico prep. and still shitting like a horse. poop before cardio, come home, poop before making breakfast and then first thing at work lol.
