The benefits of this are great including enhancing the digestive track and high protien. The higher end brands, Fage/Chobani, boast better quality.
for snacking, i'll take 3/4 cup greek yogurt, mix with blueberries or strawberries, add grapenuts for texture and sprinkle on some splenda.

TweetGreek is good cause of the lower Sodium than regular yogurt. Chobani is also the brand I use. I stick with Strawberry.
