TweetI dont like them either. My girl eats them all the time along with all that other "lean, diet,smart,low fat" food. I believe it is a scam. Diet junk food, what a load.It is a little better in some cases but most of the time it is crap. IMO. that is like saying you are going to lose wieght becuse you drink light beer insted of regular. Ha you save about 20 calories, after about 10 who gives a shit anyway. I would say yes you can lose some fat changing to them but you really limit yourself as to how much and how fast.
