Re: favorite whey protein
Just wondering..I used to use Allthewhey, but they must be shut down..Is there a protein powder that is very low in sodium, carbs and fats that tastes good, because that is why i used Allthewhey and they still had a high protein content per serving.? When I get protein all i really want is high protein per serving, BCAA's with low sodium, low to no fat, and very little carbs. I get my fat, carbs from more natural whole foods.
Re: favorite whey protein
Right now im using Healthy N' Fit 100% Pro Amino. less cholesterol than most brands I believe and 45 grams of protein per serving.

Re: favorite whey protein
IsoPure still seems to be one of the top sellers.looked at a jug of a 22 serving size last night in GNC...almost $80! i'll be damned if i pay that much.i still have to try out trueprotein but i get most of my stuff thru dpsnutrition...i really do have to get just a plain protein isolate instead of relying on the MuscleJuice stuff i drink.i take it only because it's cheap,$40 for 10lbs and 3 scoops gives me 750 cals, abot 40gms protein and 120gms of carbs.need to just have plain protein to supplement along with my meals.i know i'm not getting nearly enogh for muscle growth.
Re: favorite whey protein
TrueProtein gets my vote and I have tried many!
Re: favorite whey protein
